ICA Annual Convention

January 4-6, 2010 • Gateway Center in Ames, Iowa

Plans for the Iowa Cattlemen's Association's Annual Convention are still under construction, but you can reserve your rooms now and take advantage of early regisrtation deals!

Pre-Registration:
Fill out the advance registration form and take advantage of free registration with the purchase of two meals per person! Advanced registrations must be returned by Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 to the ICA office.

Ames Hotel Information:
When making your reservation, specify the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association block. Rooms have been blocked for January 4-5, 2010. Block Release date is Monday, December 14, 2009. Room rates do not include hotel/motel and sales tax.

Table Top Trade Show Information:
This is your opportunity to display your company information & literature during the ICA Annual Convention. ICA will furnish you with a 6-foot table covered and skirted at the 2010 ICA Annual Convention. Tables do not need to be manned. We encourage you to set up your table, put up a company sign and then participate in the ICA Annual Convention activities. PLEASE NOTE: The table top trade show is currently full. Please contact Ingrid to be put on the mailing list for future years.
